NS Nakanishi – Residential Architecture Project
Thinking about the architectural design and decoration of environments, Architect Virna Carvalho in Rio de Janeiro, was hired. The house needed to have a garage to house at least four cars in the garage and structure suitable for the arrival of the fishery, the owner’s main hobby.
Internally, furniture that has a special meaning, needed to be in harmony with the new dwelling. And the master suite could not help but have a panoramic view of the lake.
His son’s request was a pool where he could practice the sport he loves, swimming.
The Architecture and Decoration of Environments Project:
In a land of 2.261,00 m² with slight slope, the project values its large spans, lines and geometric volumes that complement the harmony of materials.
The neutral tone of the facade was chosen so that the applied stone as a structural pillar lining and the wood in detail would stand out. The large spans have plenty of natural light and allow perfect integration of the interior of the residence with the garden. Integration can also be checked indoors, where dining room, kitchen and gourmet balcony line up.
With a lot in a higher region, the main rooms were privileged with a wonderful view of the South Lake and Juscelino Kubitschek Bridge in Brasília-DF. And between the two floors, a decorative staircase all in Carrara Marble, perfectly calculated for a gentle and comfortable ascent.
Taking advantage of the slope of the land, it follows the leisure area completely integrated with nature. A lap pool with infinity edge to contemplate the landscape, where the waterfall turns into music for the pleasant zen space just below. Perfect for relaxation.
Alveraria with off-white paint, white PVC paneled glass, stone paving stone and wood in the main door.
